Future worlds 3200 AD

hey yall here is an artwork called "Future worlds 3200 AD". Far into the future where they have different world connections what they call Planetary governments (TYPE 3 in The Kardashev Scale):: planets controls include - large population centers - monumental architecture and unique art styles - shared communication strategies- systems for administering Planetary territories - a complex division of labor and - the division of people into social and economic classes.
